What is a set bag?

What is a set bag! A set bag is a smaller more compact version of your larger kit, that contains the relevant items that may be needed on set to conduct a touch up for hair or makeup. They can be used when working on location to condense down the items you may need. they often include decanted versions or mini alternatives of products, to reduce unnecessary weight and strain when carrying, as well as to make accessing the products easier and less time consuming.

It is important that a set bag is:

- waterproof

*if you are working outside there is no guarantee of the weather and it is better to be safe than sorry where expensive kit is involved.

- easy to carry around

- easy to access the kit inside

when working on set it would be even more reduced down than this, and include key hair items as well. this is how I have packed it to ensure it contains the key makeup items that I may need!
